Day 1: Pickup from Kigali & Transfer to Bwindi

Following your arrival, your guide will pick you up from the airport or any other agreed place of pick up in Kigali and depending on time, go for a short tour of Kigali city that includes a visit to Kimironko market and the genocide memorial. Have lunch and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park crossing into Uganda through Katuna or Kyanika boarder. Proceed to Bwindi arriving in the evening.

Day 2 Gorilla trekking

Wake up to a tasty breakfast in the biting coldness of Bwindi. Enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee, grab your packed lunch and head out to the pack headquarters – just a short distance from the lodge. Here, you will receive briefing about the dos and don’ts of Gorilla trekking in Bwindi, know which group you will be visiting and set off with your head guide.
Enter the forest in search of the Gorillas and upon finding them, you will be allowed to spend up to a maximum of hour with them

Day 3; Transfer back to Kigali and Departure
Have breakfast and transfer back to Kigali. Drop-off at the airport for your onward flight.
